Nyonya Chicken Pongteh (Approx 30mins)
Serves 2 – 3
- Fry paste till fragrant.
- Add 500g chicken and stir fry.
- Add 250ml of water, mix well and bring to boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 mins till ready.
- Add a little water should the sauce dries up during cooking.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove cooked meat and boil down the sauce.
- 将酱料炒香。
- 加入500克的鸡肉翻炒。
- 倒入250毫升的水，搅拌均匀, 然后煮沸。盖锅，用慢火焖煮30分钟至煮熟。
- 如果酱汁在烹饪中变干，请添加些许的水。
- 如果您喜欢较浓郁的酱汁，请取出煮熟的肉，然后将酱汁焖煮至收汁。
