Nyonya Chilli Crab (Approx 15mins)
Serves 2 – 3
- Fry paste till fragrant.
- Add in 250ml of water and 500g of crab (Cleaned).
- Boil in mid heat till cooked.
- Remove crab and add in corn starch to thicken sauce and then add 1 beaten egg.

- 将酱料炒香。
- 加入500克螃蟹和250毫升的水,搅拌均匀。盖锅,用慢火焖煮至煮熟。
- 关火,将1汤匙淀粉和50毫升的水搅拌好,然后加入酱汁。
- 将1粒打好的鸡蛋倒入酱汁,轻微搅拌,即可享用。
